Catalogue of courses taught in English
Polytech Nantes offers an extensive catalogue of courses taught in English for international students coming from partner Universities (Europe and Outside Europe). International students have the opportunity to study with French students and vice versa, for a fruitful and multicultural experience. International students also benefit from our outstanding educational quality and our experienced professors.
Programs, described below and classified in different fields of study (Electronics, Computer science, Electrical energy, etc.) allow students to develop knowledge and skills recognized by the industry and research.KEY INFORMATION
- Language of instruction: English.
- Public: French and international students.
- Duration: one semester.
- Courses: you can only apply to courses within one field of study (up to 30 ECTS).
- Academic calendar: autumn courses start in September and end in January - spring courses start in mid-January and end in June.
- Tuition fees: no additional tuition fees for students coming from partner institutions.
Six engineering departments currently offer engineering semesters in English
- Computer Science (Spring and Autumn)
- Electronic and Digital Technologies (Autumn semester only)
- Electrical Engineering (Autumn semester only)
- Process and Bioprocess Engineering (Autumn semester only)
- Thermal and Energy Sciences (Autumn semester only)
- Materials Science (Spring semester only)
International class
Electronic and Digital Technologies Department has opened an international class where 30% of teachings are in English, mainly tutorials. This course corresponds to semesters 7 and 8.
