Components for electronic systems
This course is focused on the physics of semi-conductor devices for digital technologies, high frequency and power electronics applications.

This module is devoted to random signal processing (characterization of random signal; filtering of random signal, some typical applications of random signals).

Communication systems
This module is devoted to the fundamental results of digital communication systems: information theory, representation of communication signals, optimal receivers, transmission on band-limited channels and channel coding.
Antenna techniques and array signal processing
This modules focuses on antenna design and antenna signal processing.·    Antenna techniques: Theoretical study of electromagnetic radiation of any electrical source. Application to wire, aperture and printed antennas. Analysis and design of antenna arrays. ·    Array signal processing: spatial filtering, beampattern, beamforming operations, direction of arrival estimations, high resolution techniques, adaptive antennas and MIMO systems.

Embedded Systems
This module is about creating and modeling embedded systems based on hardware (FPGA, ASIC) and/or software (microprocessor) parts. It deals with architecture organization, System On Chip definition, modeling at different abstraction levels, languages for modeling and design like SystemC.

Antenna design
Analysis of existing antennas. Properties of wire, horn, parabolic and printed antennas. Antenna arrays. Propagation in the atmosphere. Practices on elementary antennas. Telecommunication engineering.

Real Time Systems
This module deals with implementation of real-time application in embedded systems. Aspects that are considered are: Real-time scheduling, Linux for embedded systems and Linux for real-time systems.

High Performance Computing with CUDA
This module explains the essential features of supercomputing based on GPUs (Graphic Processors). GPUs are many-core processors (up to 256 or more processing cores).For programming purposes nVIDIA provides CUDA C programming environment.CUDA is used for our programming classes.

Chaos-based data security
This course is dedicated to the advancement of the design and implementation of secured data transactions, based on chaotic and PN generators, chaos-based crypto and crypto-compression systems, chaos-based steganography and watermarking.
